If your HMO is denied, our Concierge team will notify you immediately and offer alternative payment options, including out-of-pocket. You can complete payment online to secure your appointment slot. Read more about your options.

Inform you right away of the denial, and
Offer alternative payment options, including out-of-pocket. You will receive a notification whether you would like to continue with your appointment and service by completing your payment online.

What happens after my HMO is approved?

After approval, you'll receive your LOA and booking confirmation via email and SMS. Simply proceed to your appointment and present your LOA and valid ID at the clinic. Read more for complete instructions
