What is Hati Health?

Hati Health is a digital health platform that connects you with trusted partner clinics and doctors in the Philippines. We make it easier to book appointments, access diagnostics, and take care of your health — all in one place.

What are your payment options?

You can pay directly through the Hati Health platform using secure online payment options (GCash, credit or debit cards, bank transfer and many more). In order to confirm your booking and appointment, a full payment is required. BillEase and GoTyme are also available for installment payments.

What are the participating clinics and locations?

We partner with a growing network of trusted clinics across specialties. Hati Health works with 100+ trusted partner clinics nationwide so you can find care wherever you are —including Ashrey Diagnostics, Checkpoint Labs, Lablog, Shinagawa, Vaxcen, and many more.

HMO Payment

Does Hati Health accept HMOs?

Yes! Hati Health accepts HMO coverage at select partner clinics. Eligible services include consultations, diagnostics, and lab tests, depending on your plan. Read more for full details.

Which HMOs are currently accepted?

How do I book an appointment using my HMO?

Booking with your HMO is easy! Choose your service, select your HMO as payment at checkout, enter your membership details and upload required documents. Approval takes 1-2 working days. Read more for step-by-step instructions.

How long does HMO approval take?

Expect HMO approval within 1-2 working days. Your LOA will be valid for 3 days after approval, so schedule your appointment promptly. Read more about our approval process.

What happens after my HMO is approved?

After approval, you'll receive your LOA and booking confirmation via email and SMS. Simply proceed to your appointment and present your LOA and valid ID at the clinic. Read more for complete instructions

What if my HMO request is denied?

If your HMO is denied, our Concierge team will notify you immediately and offer alternative payment options, including out-of-pocket. You can complete payment online to secure your appointment slot. Read more about your options.

Are all Hati Health clinics HMO-accredited?
